How does the free plan work?
Every workshop starts free: a full directory profile, instant email alerts for every quote request, and up to 5 contact-detail unlocks a month. You never pay to be listed, and no card is required.
What is a lead unlock?
When a visitor requests a quote, you receive the message with the customer's contact details blurred. Unlocking them uses one of your monthly credits. Requests expire after 48 hours if left unlocked, so quick responses win the work.
What do Basic and Premium add?
Both include unlimited lead unlocks. With Basic, your phone number appears on your profile after a customer messages you; with Premium it is always visible and your workshop ranks first in local search results.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Claiming your shop also starts a free 14-day Premium trial — no card needed.
