According to the company, The Watch Lab has run its purpose built service centre for 20 years and its technicians are trained to standards recognised by the British Horological Institute (BHI). The team says it repairs most watch brands, whether vintage, automatic, mechanical or quartz, using equipment sourced from Switzerland and Germany. Many common repairs, including battery replacement and resealing, can reportedly be completed in store within the hour, and a postal battery and reseal service is available for watches valued under £2,500.
